This website is a work in progress. It is dedicated to the descendents and ancestors of James Franklin Morris and Aline Johnson on my brother Jay's and my maternal side, i.e. through our mother Susan Clara Morris (daughter of James and Aline). On the paternal side it is focused on the descendents and ancestors of James J. O'Hern (1849-1889) and Mary Waddell (1859-1903). Our families can be described as true Americans, in that to date I have discovered no direct line ancestor who emigrated from the United Kingdom after 1776.
I have now expanded the focus of the site to include the families of Marion Ann (Warrick) the wife of Fred O'Hern, Jr. Primarily these are the Pope and Warrick lines who are largely from the areas of Old Windsor and Reading, Berkshire, England. I would like to thank Claire Mathews, David Broad, and Neil Smith for their excellent work on these lines.
